Job Summary
Develop and implement the People & Culture strategy in alignment with business objectives and Accor guidelines. Oversee recruitment, training plans, performance management systems, and employee relations to drive organizational development and workforce planning. Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labor laws while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation structures. Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee to foster a high-performance culture across Fairmont Mumbai & Roswyn.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in hospitality, preferably within luxury or lifestyle segments
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
