Job Summary
Director of People and Culture leading HR functions (recruitment, orientation, employee relations & benefits administration) and overseeing corporate marketing and reputation management. Develop a positive, collaborative culture as a member of the Executive Leadership team. Requires a Bachelor's in HR or Business Administration (Master's preferred), 5+ years in HR, strong HR/legal/benefits knowledge, and emphasis on emotional intelligence and cultural humility. Healthcare/physician-led environment with focus on people strategy and organizational culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum of five years of human resources experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation and benefits strategies
- Emotional intelligence and cultural humility
