Job Summary
Director of People and Culture responsible for leading all aspects of human resource functions (recruitment, orientation, employee relations, benefits administration) to develop a positive, collaborative, and mission-driven culture, and for overseeing corporate marketing and reputation management. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration (Master's preferred) and a minimum of five years HR experience; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compensation and benefits strategies; and emphasis on emotional intelligence and cultural humility.
