Director of People and Culture

Develop and implement recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent while managing the internship program and mentor team. Lead annual compensation planning, salary benchmarking, and bonus administration, and oversee benefits administration, performance management, and training programs. Administer employee engagement surveys, coordinate leadership retreats, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Maintain compliance with employment laws and workplace regulations while supervising the Communications and Marketing Coordinator.
