Job Summary
Director of People and Culture at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian leads the People and Culture division, overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, staff communications, career development, wage & hour compliance, training, workers’ compensation, and legal matters related to hotel employees. The role requires strategic leadership, strong business acumen, and effective change management to champion an exceptional employee experience in luxury hospitality; travel to other Four Seasons hotels for training may be required and prior experience in HR or hospitality is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years’ experience in a related Human Resources or Hospitality role
- Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, but not essential if applicants have relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of labor laws advantageous
- Occasional travel to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes
