Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel, including guidance and counseling to coordinators and Clinical Supervisors. Manage clinical teams, conduct annual clinician performance evaluations, and hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel. Assist in budget preparation, interpret operational indicators for census and volume changes, and maintain adequate inventory supplies and equipment. Develop orientation and continuing education programs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and promote home health referrals in the community. Report to the Executive Director / Administrator, assuming full authority in their absence. Requires a registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree, three years of management experience in home health, and a licensed driver's license. Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, onsite.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization
- At least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with the state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in health care preferred
