Job Summary
Director of Nursing for Home Health leads clinical services, guides clinical supervisors, and oversees budgeting, compliance, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, high-quality home health care. Responsibilities include coordinating patient services, staff development and performance assessments, maintaining clinical records and regulatory compliance, developing orientation and continuing education programs, evaluating organizational performance, and promoting home health referrals. Requires RN licensure, BSN, and 3+ years of management in home health; Master’s preferred. Onsite role in Oxnard, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization, at least with one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Must have Home Health experience
