Job Summary
Direct the closing of LIHTC-based partnerships, coordinating legal, finance, and operations to finalize contracts across multiple states; responsible for risk mitigation, due diligence, and compliance with state housing agencies; builds relationships with general partners, developers, banks, title companies, and attorneys; oversees end-to-end LIHTC equity and bond transactions and transition of deals to funds for investors across nationwide projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Real Estate or related field
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in LIHTC transactions
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience working in a growing, fast-paced environment
