Job Summary
Directs multi-shift paint and fabrication operations, defines long-term capacity plans, drives safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, leads Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, oversees budgets and resource allocation, mentors senior supervisors, collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR, and supports new product launches and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (paint, fabrication, or welding preferred)
- Experience with e-coating, powder coating, fabrication, or similar processes
- Strong background in high-volume production environments
- Proven success with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
