Job Summary
Director-level ownership of paid social and video growth for LawnStarter’s two-sided marketplace (homeowners and service providers). You will own the full-funnel paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, including structure, audience strategy, bidding, and budget allocation, with potential to expand to new channels and build a team. Responsible for two parallel acquisition programs, balancing budgets and creative across markets and service categories, driving profitable growth through data-driven decision making, ongoing testing, and cross-functional collaboration with SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics. Emphasis on performance over brand, rigorous experimentation, and a scalable operating model that unlocks lifecycle and remarketing opportunities while adapting to seasonal dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading paid social programs for a two-sided marketplace (homeowners and service providers)
- Hands-on ownership of full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube
- Ability to design test plans, manage budgets across geographies and seasons, and translate performance data into decisions
- Willingness to build and lead a team as the channel scales
- Strong understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC) and budget optimization
- Collaborative cross-functional partnership with SEO, Product, Design, and Analytics
- Comfort with AI-native tools and building scalable experimentation frameworks
- Experience with cross-channel campaign management and creative direction
