Job Summary
Directs programs and projects for a designated client account, property portfolio, or large facility by leading meetings, developing budgets and timelines, coordinating reports and reviews, and overseeing consultants and construction teams. May supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators; collaborates with Account/Portfolio Manager and building/facility management teams to ensure quality, cost, service, and profit objectives. Requires a BS in Engineering, Architecture or related field, 7+ years in engineering/construction project accountability, and 3+ years of supervisory experience; emphasizes client focus, leadership, and strong communication skills; proficient in MS Office Suite and able to manage contracts, change orders, invoicing, and reporting across project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area
- Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially leading, motivating, and developing employees
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prepare agendas, budgets, timelines, and client-facing reports
