Director of Outpatient Therapy

Director of Outpatient Therapy in Rochester, MN, leading and supporting an established outpatient therapy program while maintaining an active patient caseload. You will provide occupational, physical, or speech therapy services per professional standards, support day-to-day therapy operations and workflow, assist with scheduling and caseload management, foster a positive, collaborative, patient-focused culture, oversee onboarding and development of therapy team members, collaborate with facility leadership to drive quality outcomes and operational success, ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and payer requirements, identify opportunities to enhance therapy services and patient satisfaction, and serve as a resource for therapists, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
