Director of Outpatient Services

Direct supervision and management of all outpatient clinical services, ensuring clinical integrity and safe, ethical care for patients across psychiatric and addiction disorders. Promote and maintain a therapeutic environment through the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical treatment programs. Provide oversight of all aspects of outpatient clinical care, including integration with the inpatient facility, and conduct individual and group supervision of staff. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, minimum three years of experience in an outpatient behavioral program, and a valid counseling or social service license. Located at Valle Vista Hospital in Greenwood, Indiana.
