Oversee the overall leadership, coordination, and operational success of outpatient clinics and the Cardiac Rehab program, with initial focus on outpatient operations while Cardiac Rehab responsibilities transition over time. Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations, exceptional patient experiences, and high-quality care across multiple services. Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment while driving process improvements and building strong relationships with all stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- Current Nebraska RN License
