Job Summary
Oversee the operations of Café Boulud, d|bar, and Le Café at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, driving guest experiences and financial performance. Lead and develop front-of-house managers and staff, ensure service excellence and adherence to luxury standards, and partner with PR/Marketing to execute campaigns and community activations. Build menus and beverage programs with the sommelier team, manage costs and labor, and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and Yorkville stakeholders to expand the outlet’s client base. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel brand standards while supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and quarterly business reviews. Demonstrate leadership, communication, organizational and people-management skills expected in a high-volume luxury dining environment, with a focus on revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational profitability.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience within high-volume luxury restaurants, fine dining establishments, or luxury hotel food and beverage operations
- Previous experience as a Director of Outlets, or Restaurant GM
- College degree specializing in hotel/restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or equivalent experience preferred
