Director of Organic Materials Schemes

Senior Director of Organic Materials Schemes responsible for strategic direction and governance of certification schemes (Compost Certification Scheme, CMCS, Biofertiliser Certification Scheme) and the Research Hub. Lead a team across certification management, policy and stakeholder relations, ensuring schemes are technically robust, credible and aligned with standards and regulatory developments. Collaborate with the Managing Director to contribute to Board-level reporting and organisational strategy; influence policy and engage with government, regulators and industry bodies.
