Job Summary
Manage and coordinate the daily duties of each team member while overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality control metrics. On-board new owners by conducting meetings, updating property profiles, and verifying technology functionality such as Nexia and Nest systems. Monitor the quality and timeliness of guest-related services including housekeeping and integrity checks, while ensuring scheduled preventative maintenance and pest control are completed promptly. Prepare lease agreements for long-term residents as needed and review all quality assurance reviews. This role requires a Licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent with three years of residential property management experience. Base salary is $50,000 annually with performance-based bonuses.
