Job Summary
Coordinate daily and long-term strategic operations for regional offices, including staff scheduling, policy implementation, and P&L management for all practice locations. Guide Site Managers on budget accountability, Net Operating Income performance, and operational goals while fostering a positive culture through coaching and discipline. Serve as a liaison between physicians, staff, and patients to ensure alignment with core values, and collaborate with leadership on equipment acquisition, supply maintenance, and new revenue initiatives. Travel to other sites as necessary and manage recruitment processes to place high-quality candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
- Seven to Ten (7-10) years of progressive management experience
- Progressive experience in business planning and budgetary and personnel management
- Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Must have the ability & willingness to travel to other sites as necessary within a geographic region
- Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance
