Job Summary
Lead the Operations department by translating company strategy into department-level execution and designing core processes for order fulfillment, quality assurance, and issue resolution. Manage tactical marketplace relationships with partner platforms, coordinate cross-functionally with Revenue, Technology, and Finance, and drive continuous improvement through scorecard measurables. Lead a multi-function team spanning order support, fulfillment accuracy, and analytics, ensuring service levels, throughput, and accuracy targets are consistently met. Own full accountability for department results while developing team capability and fostering a culture of transparent feedback and honest ownership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management
- 3+ years leading and developing multi-function teams
- Experience designing and documenting scalable operational processes
- Experience managing external partner or marketplace relationships at a tactical, day-to-day level
- Experience setting and driving measurable performance targets (KPIs/scorecards) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
