Own the operational infrastructure enabling Tensec's scaling across multiple jurisdictions, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day operational, legal, and cross-functional questions from senior leadership. Build the proprietary treasury backend orchestration layer above existing vendor networks while managing vendor expansion for Asia, EU, and Latin American corridors. Advise the product team on operational and legal requirements for client onboarding, ensuring the backend delivers on frontend promises and coordinating legal reviews for compliance flows. Drive the US market buildout by establishing operational and legal groundwork for licenses and partnerships targeted for H2 2026, managing regulatory dependencies and emerging AI governance obligations. Ensure operational tools are deployed responsibly as AI-assisted workflows expand, maintaining real-time visibility through dashboards and escalation paths.
