Job Summary
Director of Operations to lead warehouse, logistics, and information-systems functions across multiple sites; drive operational excellence, oversee strategic corporate projects, and improve systems and processes. You will mentor managers across Warehouse, Logistics, and IT/business systems, build capability through coaching and development plans, and lead ERP/WMS implementations, integrations, testing, and optimization. Expect ownership of vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and operational budgets while monitoring KPIs such as order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and project milestones. Strong leadership, strategic project management, and a hands-on style are essential for delivering cost savings, scalability, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- PMP, Six Sigma, CCBA, or related certifications are considered an asset
- 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, ERP/business systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or department leaders
