Job Summary
Director of Operations overseeing asset management strategies, lifecycle optimization, riskMitigation, and collaboration with finance/legal/compliance to maximize asset performance and ROI. Responsibilities include developing asset management strategies, monitoring asset lifecycle, identifying cost reductions and revenue enhancements, conducting financial modeling and analysis, establishing operations policies, implementing performance metrics and reporting tools, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing contracts and vendor agreements, leading asset management teams, budgeting and financial planning for asset portfolios, and coordinating with investors and lenders. Strong emphasis on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within the asset management division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in asset management, operations, or financial oversight
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting related to asset portfolios
- Experience managing diverse asset types (real estate, equipment, vehicles, investments)
- Proficiency in asset management software and financial analysis tools
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
