Job Summary
Execute the organization's operational strategy, annual budget, and key performance indicators while providing leadership to Area Managers and fostering professional growth. Monitor production, collections, EBITDA, staffing, and patient satisfaction metrics to drive accountability and identify improvement opportunities. Lead enterprise special projects including acquisitions, integrations, and technology implementations, developing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures across multi-site dental locations. Partner with cross-functional departments to remove barriers, support P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This hybrid role requires residence in Illinois or Northwest Indiana with routine travel, including occasional overnight trips, to support practice operations and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Reside in Illinois or Northwest Indiana
- Willing to travel to all company locations
- Regular travel including occasional overnight trips
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Minimum five years of multi-site healthcare or dental operations leadership experience
- Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, forecasting, and KPI reporting
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Experience with dental practice management systems and Microsoft Office
