Job Summary
Schedule and assign projects, facilitate handoffs between development and delivery, and validate partner expectations. Manage the Project Management team's workloads and resources while verifying contractual adherence and timely billing. Analyze operating practices to implement cost reductions and process improvements, then provide monthly financial alignment and risk assessments. Address backlog opportunities and ensure deliverables meet quality and timing standards for client satisfaction. Regional travel up to 20% of the week is required, with on-site duties involving exposure to outdoor weather, heavy machinery, and physical demands like lifting 50 pounds. This role supports SitelogIQ's mission to optimize energy efficiency and improve indoor air quality across K-12, higher ed, and government sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction or similar technical field
- Reliable, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing and/or competing priorities
- Technical aptitude and detail-oriented
- Experience with building codes and construction testing services
- Fluent with Procore and Microsoft office programs
- A valid driver's license is required for travel related to job duties with a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass Pennsylvania's strict background
Desired Qualifications
- 10-years' experience in construction field preferred
