Job Summary
Hands-on Director of Operations responsible for overseeing daily operations and productivity across multiple markets in the security field. Coordinates strategic planning and process improvement of day-to-day operations, works with coordinators and officers to enhance performance and meet weekly KPIs, and delivers training and development to operations staff. Ensures shifts are filled well in advance, can cover posts as needed, and manages budgeting, fleet and equipment, vendor relationships, client reviews, and ongoing operational excellence. Leads recruiting/onboarding, career development, and maintains a positive, professional work environment while aligning with franchise goals and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of Management or leadership experience
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English
- Flexible availability including weekends, overnights, and some long workdays (12-hour shifts, 10-hour days)
