Job Summary
Direct and implement company policy to ensure compliance with contract responsibilities while managing costs and revenue to meet top and bottom-line financial goals. Lead operations necessary to carry out contractual obligations, expanding business within strategic accounts, negotiating increases with customers, and reducing operating costs. Maintain a safe work environment through comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage and retain a qualified staff with clear lines of sight to company goals, providing managerial authority over regional operations directors. Participate in the development and implementation of company goals and strategic vision, with travel required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 5-10 years of experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver's license
- Manage costs and revenue to meet company top and bottom-line financial goals
- Expanding business within Strategic Accounts / Clients

- Budget compliance for identified Accounts
- Manage and retain a qualified (individually or through subordinate) staff
- Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
