Job Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for driving the culture, mission, vision, and values of Well Care within the assigned Market. Key duties include overseeing operations to ensure high quality and profitable home health services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading all Market teams to create a positive working environment. The role involves collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, community outreach, and monitoring the operating budget. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, a valid RN or PT license, and extensive experience in health operations management.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid RN or PT license in the State
- 3+ years experience in Operations Management in a healthcare setting
- 3-5 years of home health experience
- 3-5 years progressively responsible management experience in a healthcare or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in nursing or health related field preferred
