Job Summary
Lead overall operational performance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades by overseeing P&L, maximizing revenue, and driving long-term business growth. Establish clear goals, KPIs, and accountability while leading, coaching, and developing department managers to build a high-performing leadership team. Improve productivity, margins, and capacity planning by partnering with the executive team on growth strategy, budgeting, and forecasting. Build scalable processes and systems that maintain quality and customer experience while identifying early challenges to take decisive action on performance improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a highly profitable home-services business
- Strong P&L and financial management experience
- Significant experience leading managers and developing high-performing leadership teams
- Deep industry knowledge across residential HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical
- A track record of growing businesses while improving profitability and operational discipline
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get into the business when needed
