Job Summary
Director of Operations with a proven track record in executive leadership across manufacturing facilities. Responsible for guiding operational strategies, coordinating production, optimizing processes to reduce costs, managing data for performance and cost information, and driving on-time delivery (OTIF) and service excellence. Collaborates with Quality and HR to ensure compliance and continuous improvement, develops KPI-driven culture, leads cross-functional teams, and partners with management on CAPEX, new processes, and growth initiatives to scale operations in the Wine and Spirits or Packaging sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 15 years in large- and small-company environments
- 5+ years in an executive-level position (general manager in manufacturing)
- experience in Wine and Spirits or Packaging industry
- strong background in materials management, procurement, quality, OHSE, and OSHAS standards
- established relationships with worldwide subcontract manufacturers and knowledge of pricing/negotiation
