Job Summary
Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of the Innovations Center, Fulfillment Center, and Print Production Design Studio, driving operational excellence and efficiency. Lead policy and procedure development, apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to optimize processes and reduce costs, ensure ISO 9001/ISO 13485 quality compliance, foster a safe, collaborative, and high-performing culture, manage supplier relationships and materials delivery, address customer inquiries, contribute to budgeting and financial planning, and travel as needed to support domestic and international requirements. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Materials, Plastics, Textiles, or Chemical Engineering, 10+ years in textiles/coatings/plastics, strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials, Plastics, Textiles, or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in the textiles, coatings, or plastics industry
- Proven track record in operational management
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
- Quality management systems experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
