Job Summary
Director of Operations to lead national installation teams with multi-site leadership, supply chain management, and growth focus. Responsibilities include managing project management for lighting installations, optimizing pre-, during-, and post-project processes, overseeing multiple projects and long-term maintenance programs, resolving technical issues to ensure high-quality installation and maintenance, supporting strategic planning with sales and procurement for new contracts, driving after-sales customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing regular operational performance reporting to the Board.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in multi-site operations
