Job Summary
Director of Operations responsible for coaching production and maintenance managers, budgeting, implementing data-driven metrics, ensuring safety, quality, service, and overall operational excellence. Define and manage site budgets, monitor cost of sales, streamline processes across safety, quality, service, production, and people development; establish metrics and standards to measure efficiency; oversee equipment maintenance, facilities, and regulatory compliance; implement policies to enhance customer service; coordinate cross-department integration for seamless workflows; partner with department leaders to identify company-wide issues and propose advanced solutions; project a positive image of the company to employees, customers, and the community.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the beverage manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in production facility management
- Strong business acumen and understanding of wine industry production processes, warehouse management, and logistics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making
