Job Summary
Director of Operations to oversee three major verticals: Retail Expansion Operations (promoter/salesforce management, standardized store layouts, demand forecasting, reverse logistics), Logistics for New Products & Channels (logistics strategy for launches and channel expansions, cost efficiency, customer experience), and Merchant Operations (optimize B2B network operations, bug escalation/resolution, scalable technology-driven growth). Responsibilities include developing and executing operational strategies aligned with company goals, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing, recruiting and leading teams, driving automation and continuous improvement, monitoring performance, managing budgets/forecasts/resources, and delivering updates to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of scaling operations and driving process automation
- Experience in retail or eCommerce operations is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of credit, financial services, or fintech industries
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and operational software
