Job Summary
Conduct strategic leadership for Omega CDC's operational infrastructure, ensuring administrative services, facilities, technology, and procurement systems function efficiently and in compliance with organizational policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational infrastructure, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the organization's capacity to deliver on its mission. Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standard operating practices that promote consistency, accountability, and effective service delivery across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations, administration, facilities management, or organizational support functions
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives and organizational change
- Experience with facilities management, vendor management, procurement, and operational budgeting
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Work is performed primarily in an office environment with frequent movement throughout organizational facilities and occasional travel between Omega CDC locations and community sites
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate verbally and in writing, and operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other technology
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, or move office supplies, equipment, or materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- May be required to inspect facilities, access storage areas, or navigate indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Must be available to respond to operational, facility, or emergency issues outside of normal business hours on an occasional basis
- Position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support organizational events, meetings, emergency response, or operational needs
