Job Summary
Strategically plan, direct, and hold overall accountability for assigned clinic operations, including developing and managing budgets for multiple functional areas. Independently make high-impact decisions affecting divisional financial objectives and performance goals while partnering with revenue integrity to ensure proper patient financial clearance. Assume responsibility for staffing levels, interviewing, hiring, and performance reviews of employees, and continuously improve business operations through quality initiatives. Develop and revise organizational structures to align people, processes, and incentives with division goals. Recommend long-range plans to senior management and travel throughout facilities to support mission delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 10 years related health care experience
- 3 years of supervision or management experience
- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications

Desired Qualifications
- Masters Degree in healthcare or related field
- Experience in an ambulatory setting
