Director of Operations, Northeast

Director of Operations leads regional operational activities for the Northeast, providing strategic leadership and management across a large geographic region. Develops and implements regional strategies to achieve financial and growth targets, plans and budgets regional targets, and ensures operational excellence and standardized practices. Builds and sustains client relationships, collaborates with Sales and Finance, plans start-up facilities for new business, and drives cost control and margin improvement. Must motivate and develop talent within a matrixed organization, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to a client-centric operating model. Preferred Master’s degree; strong proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS); ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver results in a global transport and logistics environment.
