Director of Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations at clinic sites to ensure efficient and effective business performance. Communicate objectives, policies, and procedures to Clinic Operations Managers; monitor inventory management, workflow, production, scheduling, and staffing; develop and monitor KPIs for clinical operations; lead process improvement initiatives; collaborate on clinic budgets to achieve financial goals; mentor and train Clinic Operations Managers; focus on patient experience and satisfaction; supervise Facilities/maintenance as needed; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; support safety initiatives and incident response; travel may be required.
