Job Summary
Lead operations for two crisis clinics, ensuring consistent execution of organizational standards and policies while coaching clinic leaders on workforce, quality, and patient care outcomes. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity; monitor patient flow and throughput to improve efficiency and access. Manage operational and financial performance, including budgets, labor utilization, and key metrics. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure regulatory readiness, patient safety, and coordinated care delivery. Use data to identify workflow improvements and resolve significant operational or staffing events. This multi-site leadership role supports MIND 24-7's mission of providing accessible, compassionate mental health care through Express Care, Crisis Care, and Outpatient Progressions programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Behavioral Health, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- 3+ years of behavioral health, psychiatric, crisis stabilization, or acute healthcare operations experience
- Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing budgets, labor utilization, productivity, and operational performance metrics
- Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain upon hire
- Current CPR certification and CPI/equivalent training or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between MIND 24-7 locations
