Job Summary
Director of Operations for M Social Sunnyvale oversees day-to-day hotel operations with emphasis on Rooms Operations (Front Office and Housekeeping), collaborating with Food & Beverage and Engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Responsibilities include leading daily operations across departments, driving service quality, implementing continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and QA standards, supporting hotel opening activities, building a high-performing leadership team, and managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and revenue goals. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven leadership experience in hotel operations or a related hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and labor management
- Experience managing departmental budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and revenue goals
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
