Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and direction across all operational functions, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Drive business performance by optimizing costs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives. Develop and execute operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and elevate service standards. Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, brand standards, and all applicable local laws and regulatory requirements. Salary package can be negotiated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in hotel operations
- At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity
- Strong operational background in Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage
