Job Summary
Directs hotel operations across Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance; collaborates with department heads to develop and implement departmental strategies, align with the brand service strategy and initiatives, ensure brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue and financial performance of the department, and cultivate positive owner relations. Develops property-wide operational strategies to deliver products and services that meet or exceed guest and employee expectations, and supports return on investment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
