Job Summary
Directs hotel operations across Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. Partners with department heads to develop and implement departmental strategies, ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives, and aligns operational strategy with the brand’s goals. Drives profitability, monitors revenue performance against budget, coaches the operations team on wage and controllable expenses, and maintains guest satisfaction and employee engagement. Leads HR activities, performance appraisals, and ensures compliance with SOPs/LSOPs while fostering a culture of service excellence and owner relations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
- OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
