Job Summary
Director of Operations & Logistics leading production, warehousing, and logistics with 3 direct reports; build a high-performance culture grounded in values; set and execute the operational strategy for production, warehousing, and logistics; drive KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turns, labor cost, and throughput; lead lean, kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives; ensure SOPs are current and enforced; partner with quality and safety to maintain compliance; leverage ERP data for senior leadership decisions; 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. hours with potential shift adjustments; hands-on senior leader who can operate on the production floor and in warehouse environments; 401(k), tuition reimbursement, health and life insurance, and bonus opportunities provided; E-Verify participation required for hiring in Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing
- 3-5 years in a leadership role managing other leaders
- Proven track record of owning a department P&L or budget with accountability for results
- Deep working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics
- Strong ERP proficiency and a data-driven decision-making approach
