Job Summary
Oversee operational leadership and regulatory compliance for Facilities, Nourishment, and Health & Wellbeing services across Assisted Living and Memory Care units in accordance with California Title 22 regulations. Manage operational systems, vendor contracts, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local licensing requirements. Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration, staff training, and budgeting to maintain campus continuity and support resident-centered care standards. Serve as a key operational contact during licensing surveys and lead organizational committees focused on safety, risk management, and performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Current California RCFE Administrator Certification required or the ability to successfully obtain certification within six (6) months of hire.
- Minimum of five (5) years of operations leadership experience in Senior Living, CCRC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, healthcare, or related environment required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of California Title 22 regulations, DSS requirements, resident rights, dementia care regulations, and long-term care operational standards required.
- Strong leadership, operational, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and operational software systems required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the community for extended periods of time.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and travel throughout the campus as operational needs require.
- Close visual acuity required for reviewing reports, documentation, operational systems, and computer work.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public administration, business administration, nursing, gerontology, hospitality management, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience overseeing multi-department operations including Facilities, Health & Wellbeing, Dining/Nourishment, or related operational services preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, regulatory compliance, operational reporting, and performance metrics preferred.
