Job Summary
Direct the end-to-end operations for a DTC supplements brand, owning supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics. Build and manage scalable operational infrastructure, systems, and processes; oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting; optimize COGS and margins; manage relationships with contract manufacturers and 3PL partners; establish KPIs and reporting; identify and resolve bottlenecks; collaborate with founders on strategic planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7–15+ years of experience in operations within DTC supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional food/beverage brands
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth, early-stage environment
- Deep experience managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and supply chains
- Strong understanding of unit economics, COGS, and margin optimization
- Highly hands-on mindset; comfortable operating both strategically and tactically
- Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and iterate quickly
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-focused
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
