Job Summary
Director of Operations for Kaftan Communities, a senior leadership role responsible for partnering with the President and cross-department teams to optimize operations, budgeting, and customer service. You will lead with strategic vision, ensure compliance with real estate law, build regional teams, develop training protocols, coach managers, and drive process improvements. Requires 5+ years in operations leadership and a 4-year degree in a relevant field; highly values financial and business acumen, collaboration, accountability, and hands-on leadership. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Southfield, MI. Focus areas include operational budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, real estate operations, vendor relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience (director level or above)
- 4-year college degree in Business Management, Economics, or other relevant degree
- Business acumen
- Financial acumen
