Job Summary
Analyze operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and develop continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing. Partner with supply chain, purchasing, and production teams to optimize material planning, inventory, and demand forecasting while ensuring on-time order fulfillment. Conduct performance evaluations, establish measurable objectives, and lead cross-functional efforts to investigate root causes of operational issues. Implement sustainable corrective actions to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability within the server rack manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations management experience
- Leadership within a manufacturing environment
