Job Summary
Oversee daily operational activities across multiple teams and departments while developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and collaborate on long-term planning and resource forecasting. Create scalable processes and standard operating procedures, then lead and mentor managers through coaching and performance management. Ensure all teams align with company standards, compliance requirements, and operational goals while managing challenges with strategic problem-solving. This role supports scaling the business within ION Solar's core division, fostering a solutions-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership or operations management experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment
- Strong ability to lead teams, improve processes, and manage organizational performance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
- Experience managing multiple priorities and departments simultaneously
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to build accountability and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in solar
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
