Job Summary
Strengthen existing systems and workflows in the CRM and case management tools while establishing daily huddles, weekly metrics, and time template planning to improve capacity and consistency. Create and enforce KPIs across every role, hire and coach the team, and oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management to drive smart decisions. Partner closely with the Founder/CEO to determine priorities, manage legal vendors, and translate the firm's values into everyday behaviors. This boutique Estate Planning law firm is building a scalable organization where the Director frees up the entrepreneur to focus on client relationships and visionary work.

- Enhance existing CRM workflows, systems, and quality controls
- Establish effective management rhythms: Daily Huddles, Weekly Metrics & reporting
- Enforce and support weekly Time Template planning for each member

- Improve capacity, consistency, and the overall client experience
- Create and enforce KPIs around every role in the firm with clear tracking and accountability
- Hire, coach, develop, and lead the team
- Help translate the firm's values into everyday systems and behaviors
- Oversee budgeting, KPIs, financial reporting, vendors, and technology
- Use profitability and capacity data to drive smart decisions
- Partner closely with the Founder/CEO to determine what to build now—and what can wait
- Manage and lead all legal vendors, marketing initiatives closely with the founder
