Director of Operations _ Integrated Care

Job Summary
Directs day-to-day operations across integrated care service lines (behavioral health, specialty care, PATHWAYS), develops scalable workflows, improves patient access, engagement, retention, and outcomes, and partners with executive leadership to drive growth and program expansion. Responsible for operational leadership, budgeting, KPIs, quality and compliance, staffing, training, and performance management. Leads collaboration with clinical leaders to improve care coordination, utilization, and patient experiences while overseeing multiple programs and service lines (Behavioral Health, Specialty Care, PATHWAYS). Encourages a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making to advance integrated care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Clinical Healthcare Discipline, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary healthcare programs, service lines, or operations
- Strong understanding of integrated care delivery models
